Congratulations to all participants for completing the 2025 Michigan Outback Relay! Special congrats goes out to War to the Shore for winning the Jim Fitch Memorial Trophy in the Mixed division, and to Queen City Running Co Elite for winning the Punch Metcalf Memorial Trophy in the Open Division.

Founded in 1992, the Great Lakes Relay was established to promote outdoor fitness and community engagement. Our mission is to provide an unforgettable relay running experience that fosters teamwork, challenges your physical limits, and showcases the natural beauty of Michigan’s outback. We value community, integrity, and sustainability, ensuring that our event is not only enjoyable for participants for supports local businesses and organizations. Proceeds help support the Michigan Special Olympics as well as local many organizations.
